About the Box

Each mystery box contains 4 vintage collectible gnome figurines, primarily Tom Clark and Cairn Studio pieces. Tim Wolfe and other Cairn Studio designs may also make an appearance.

Every box is different, with a surprise assortment of characters, sizes and designs selected from our collection. Some boxes may contain signed or harder-to-find pieces, but these special finds are not guaranteed.

Please Note: These are vintage, pre-owned collectibles, many around 40 years old. A little love from their previous lives should be expected. Figures may have small chips, tiny nicks, faded areas of color, minor paint loss, surface wear or other age-related imperfections.

Occasionally, a Rescue Gnome with more noticeable damage manages to sneak into a box. Rescue Gnomes are included free as an extra and never replace one of your 4 regular figures.

The overall feeling of the box is whimsical, nostalgic and a little mischievous—a gathering of well-loved old characters ready to begin another chapter in a new home.

From the Manor

Beyond the Manor grounds, where the paths narrow and blackberry vines grow thick along the edges of the woods, lies a place known as Blackberry Hollow.

The Hollow has long been home to a peculiar little collection of residents.

Some have been there for decades. Their coats have faded in the sun, their hats bear a nick or two, and more than one carries a small chip from an adventure no one seems willing to explain.

Among them are familiar Tom Clark faces, Cairn Studio characters and, from time to time, one of Tim Wolfe's creations. A few even bear signatures from long ago.

Barnabas insists the gnomes choose for themselves when it is time to leave Blackberry Hollow.

Four will quietly gather together, climb into a box and wait to discover where they are going next.

Usually, that is the end of it.

But every so often, just before the box is closed, there is a rustling from somewhere nearby.

A fifth little figure has climbed in.

These are the Rescue Gnomes—the ones with a few more bumps, bruises and stories than the others. No one has the heart to send them back, so when a Rescue Gnome sneaks aboard, he travels free.
